In case you weren’t paying attention, the Vertigo tour starts in California in late March and will move to Europe by August of 2005. Exact tour dates and locations will be unveiled by the band on MONDAY, Jan. 24th.

On Tuesday, Jan. 25th at 10am your local time, tickets will go on sale ONLY TO U2 FANS WHO’VE SUBSCRIBED TO U2.com (and paid their $40). What? - You haven’t done that yet? No problem, you have until Monday night (Jan. 24) to cough up the cash - use the subscription link at the bottom of this post. The pre-sale tickets will be limited to two (2) per subscriber for seated arenas (USA) and four (4) per subscribers for outdoor events (Europe) per show. Ticket prices will range from $49 to $165. The subscribers only pre-sale will only last a few days before Ticketbastards opens the tickets up to the great unwashed masses.
